How does one say this objectively? I'll do a stream-of-consciousness thing, and some of you might understand. I have a rather dry wit, a former 'Renaissance Man' type, and find myself rapidly being left behind by our popular culture (or whatever passes for that these days.) I love the lyrical and the deep. My best friend and I act like a married couple way too often (without even realizing it at the time). .....and he's a dude, by the by. According to one of my best female friends, I'm a feminist- and I don't think I would disagree with her (mostly because she could take me). Mostly I'm pro-equality. ....wow, i'm sure makin' a crazy statement there, eh?

I had a cable-access t.v. show in high school that ran for almost three years. It was a sketch/improv show wherein I played, like, five characters (including my own grampa). The characters and stories continue on in a television series I've been writing and developing for over four years. I plan to actually make it someday- or if that never happens, to at least channel some of the better storylines into other projects.

I have vision problems, don't see well, and am legally blind in my left eye.

Travel might be the biggest constant in my life. I've moved around more than anyone I know (even military families) so I tend to feel most at home on the road- someplace that's never really changed. I like the simple things and would like a fairly simple life- yet I'm well aware that I could never truly settle for a life that would be considered "simple."

I'm socially awkward. As a writer, I tend to observe and absorb life more than live it- but I do have a great group of friends and family who help me to do so when they know it's what I need.

I'm funny. I always feel odd about saying that, but I am. I make witty comments a lot, and it's what I've been known for my whole life. It's who I'm comfortable being.

I prefer animals to people (as friends, that is). I revel in the fact that I don't like people in general, but I know that specific people can really get to me. I do not consider myself happy, but I would admit to being content from time to time.

I like television, film, stories, and, above all, music. I believe that music will save your immortal soul. In my spare time I create stories, characters, songs, family trees, back stories- anything to keep my creative pencil sharpened.

I'm a dreamer. I have two cardinal rules of life: 1) There's always a way, and 2) Be who you are. If you show me an overcast day, I'll show you my happy dance.

Okay let's see... I'm quiet and loud. I laugh all the time and can't seem to stop smiling most of the time. I love going out and talking with my friends. I can't make a decision for shit so don't ask me to decide anything. I have no fashion sense but I try. I love to sleep and listening to music. Almost EVERYONE says I'm air-headed and ditzy and I love it tooo! I'm pretty good at knowing who the good people are and who the bad people so... if I get a bad vibe from you then it's over! kidding. I'm a happy person if you didnt notice already and somewhat cynical but that's why some people love me! I love clubs, bars, and anyplace where people can get drunk and dance. I love people who have a sense of humour like Dr. Patron, Miss Margarita, and who ever else! I'm a trustworthy person as well. Uuuuhhhh... I dont know what else to say but dont be afraid to talk to me.

I am an honest person who doesn't play games. I like people for the most part and like to have fun. I have 3 grown kids. I have everything from horses, dogs, and cats to fish, birds, and turtles. I'm on an off road racing team and I just bought a car to race in the mini stocks. I love boating, sailing, car shows, horseback riding and I'll try just about anything once. I have a great sense of humor even if at times it can be twisted.

I like to think that I'm a humble person. I try not to make myself out to be more than I am.

I am a young 49. I will watch Jeopardy with you but I draw the line at shuffleboard :) I have a wide range of taste as far as movies (Almodovar to Christopher Guest to Kevin Smith) and music (John Lee Hooker to Modest Mouse to Social Distortion). I really do not enjoy country or classical music (but I do want to see Crazy Heart. I dig Jeff Bridges). And I don't like horror movies or violent movies (but I do like Pulp Fiction; great soundtrack).

Iâ??d like to find someone to hang out and enjoy life with. I'm new to the beautiful central coast area. Iâ??m vegetarian and find it important to look for only someone who shares that lifestyle or is at least very respectful of it. As limiting as that is I need to be with someone who I am attracted to physically and spiritually as well. I am very honest, down to earth, caring and fun. I have a good sense of humor. Soâ?¦I'm into going to the beach, mountains, hiking/walking, yoga, dancing, concerts, wine tasting, movies... I don't have a dog at the moment, but I love dogs.

I love the early mornings, love coffee and watching the sunrise, then the paper and breakfast, and taking the dogs out for the morning walk. I like going to the swap meet on Sunday mornings, nothing better than getting a killer deal, on Saturday mornings the Farmers market at Madonna. I work for myself and I enjoy setting my own schedule - not just at work. Like adventures and learning about new things, love to cook, cuz I love to eat, wide variety of things from really healthy to not so, also like to bake and am probably a little better than average at both. I would describe myself as a unique individual and like the same in my mate - not like Joe Cool unique with a bunch of tats and piercings. More like a big, strong, old fashioned gentleman, honest, strong sense of integrity - even when it's inconvenient - compassionate, kind, friendly, outgoing, passionate, caring, man.

I am a mother of 2 grown great kids. I love to laugh, but can't tell a joke. Sister got that gene! I enjoy cooking, some gardening, photography a bit of writing. Nascar Go Jimmy! Riding, cars flea markets, farmers markets. And all the things I haven't discovered yet.

I like Video Games and Anime. Uh...why do I need a minimum of 100 characters anyways, this seems rather overb- Oh, I finished it. Cowboy Bebop was one of the greatest, Evangelion makes little to a lot of sense (depending on your research), Godannar is silly, Kanon made me cry. Oh great, now I'm just listing off shows and my reactions to them.
